I had a smooth time getting it set up. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and it didn’t take me very long overall. I did have to go back and reread one step to make sure I was doing it right, but after that everything went fine and worked like it should.

I thought the price was fair. I checked a few other places first. This still felt like a good deal. The item seems worth it so far. Shipping wasn’t fast, but it wasn’t too slow either. I’m happy overall. I just wish they had more discounts.

They did replace my cooker under warranty in the end, so I can’t really fault them on that part. From my point of view, it just felt like the communication could’ve been better. Replies took a while, and I had to chase them twice before things moved along. Happy it got sorted, but the process wasn’t exactly quick.

I’ll admit I’m a little picky about how stuff arrives, so the dented box bothered me a bit. The item itself worked perfectly fine, though, so it wasn’t a huge deal in the end.

I’d give it 5 stars, but the app does load slow sometimes, like it just hangs for a bit. Also, a few recipes could really use better pictures, because some of them don’t tell you much. Still, overall it’s a good app and I keep using it.

I just needed a new lid seal and one small plastic piece for my Instant Pot, nothing major. I figured it would be a quick fix, but their website either shows the parts as out of stock or doesn’t list them at all, which has been really frustrating.

I reached out to customer support, but they mostly pointed me back to the site and told me to check again later. It’s been weeks, and I still can’t get what I need. It feels ridiculous to replace the whole appliance because of one cheap little part, so I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

I do like how this works overall, but cleaning it has been more annoying than I expected. I picked up a few extra parts for my Instant Pot and most of them fit really well. One of the lids threw me off at first, so I reached out to support. They basically said, “try lining it up this way and make sure it’s the right size for your model,” and that helped clear things up. Overall, happy with it

I’ve had my Instant Pot for a couple of years now, i keep waiting for something to go wrong because so many appliances seem to let you down after a while. That’s definitely made me a little less trusting of kitchen gadgets in general. But this one has just kept working like it did on day one. I use it a few times a week, and so far there haven’t been any weird problems or broken parts. I’m happy it’s been this reliable

When it arrived, I noticed the corner of the box was a bit dented, so I was slightly worried at first. Luckily, the item inside was totally fine with no damage that I could see. Not a big deal overall, just something I noticed.

I tried using the promo code they gave me and it just wouldnt go through. I emailed support a couple times thinking maybe it was a quick fix, but nobody ever got back to me. Annoying tbh.

I’m kind of worn out by stuff like this at this point. The payment screen just kept spinning, and I had to retry it twice before it finally went through. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying when you just want to be done.

I put these safety locks on in my kitchen and feel a lot better now. They work like they should, and I even kept the receipt email just in case, but so far I haven’t needed it

I’ll be honest, when I first set it up I was happy with how it looked. The design is simple and clean, and it actually looks really nice sitting on the counter. But then once I started handling it more, my excitement kind of dropped because some of the pieces feel thinner and more plasticky than I expected, especially for the price.

It does work fine, so I don’t totally regret buying it, but the buttons and lid just don’t feel very smooth or sturdy. One minute I’m like, “Okay, it looks good and gets the job done,” and the next I’m annoyed because it feels like something that might wear out sooner than it should. Not awful, just not as nice as I hoped

I picked up this Instant Brands cooker because everyone seems to rave about how much easier these things make weeknight dinners, but mine has been hit or miss so far.

The rice keeps coming out mushy on the bottom and kind of dry on top, which is not what I expected. I also tried chicken using the timing from the manual, and it was still undercooked in the middle, so that was a little concerning.

I’ve messed with the water levels and tried different settings, but I’m still not getting even results. Maybe other people are having better luck with theirs, but for me it’s been more frustrating than helpful
